— KEY NUMBER —

Million Euros, the global financial impact of Audencia’s activities in the field of territorial development and attractiveness, according to the BSIS Report released in 2019.

What have been your department’s main achievements in 2019?

First of all, our department is very proud to have been involved in the renewal of the Business School Impact System (BSIS) certification for the School. We have also been working to obtain the Conférence des Grandes Écoles certification for our 4 Master of Science and 8 Specialised Master’s® programmes. As part of the digital transformation project, we are testing new methods for collecting and processing data. We have also launched several projects aiming to reinstill a culture of accreditations and rankings at Audencia. Finally, we have developed our processes to increase employee efficiency and task diversity in order to improve the professional development of staff.

What is the outlook for 2020?

2020 is shaping up to be another great year! One of our first tasks is to prepare for the visits to renew our three major accreditations: AACSB, AMBA and EQUIS. We are also working closely with the Digital project to achieve better centralisation of data in order to improve data analysis. The objective is thus to improve efficiency. This year, we are also reapplying for the French Ministry of Education’s recognition of our Grande École and SciencesCom programmes. We will also be preparing for the recognition of our bachelor’s degree on our new La Roche-Sur-Yon Campus. Lastly, we are making every effort to support the international expansion of our MBAs. This year promises to be a very productive one, for all our activities.

In your view, 120 years is synonymous with…

For me, it is epitomised by an ability to adapt, combined with a rich heritage. Today, we reap the benefits of this heritage, including a solid reputation and strong values. Nevertheless, Audencia has also succeeded in adapting to change. This is demonstrated by our continued relevance in the Higher Education market, even in the face of the continuous change it has undergone in the last few years.
